SHIPPING

We offer free shipping to Australian addresses on all orders over $30 AUD.

Once your order has been placed, please allow 1-7 days for processing. We are a small team. 

We ship via Sendle (eligible addresses) and Australia Post Standard. All orders ship with tracking information. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer returns and exchanges on all orders, under the following conditions and exceptions:

• We do not cover return and exchange shipping costs. The customer is responsible for shipping returns and exchanges with all costs at the customer’s expense.
• We accept returns and exchanges on change of mind orders (including purchases of the incorrect size), under the following conditions.
• If your return or exchange is successful, we will process a refund for you. However, we will subtract the shipping cost we incurred from your total refund amount, even if you purchased the item with free shipping.
• For example: you purchased an item for $100 with free shipping and decided to send it back at your own expense for a return or exchange. If we paid $8 to ship it to you originally, you will receive $92 back in your bank account ($100-$8). We are happy to provide proof of this shipping cost if you wish.
• We provide comprehensive size charts and offer size consults via Instagram DM to minimise purchases of the incorrect size.
• Items that appear worn, washed, or are not in original condition are ineligible for returns or exchanges
• If the customer wishes to exchange sizes, they must return their original item to us in unworn condition and place a new order for their desired size.

In your email, please include:

• Your request/reason

ATELIER 131 is not liable for any items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a tracking and insurance service are well packaged.

Upon the successful return of the item/s, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days to the original payment method. *Please note this process may take longer to appear in your account depending on your credit card issuer/payment method. The status of your refund will be notified after inspecting the item. 

REFUNDS

Refunds will include the original item amount at time of purchase, minus the cost we incurred to ship it to you.

Our shipping provider calculates the lowest possible cost based on your address, which we adhere to. We are happy to provide original proof of shipping costs if a return amount is disputed.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and could take several days to arrive to your bank account. For any questions, contact us.

*Orders returned without a return authorisation or tracking number may face delays in processing. 

FAULTY ITEMS

If any items are damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact ASAP.

We possess the right to cancel orders which abuse our terms & conditions. We will refund orders suspected of fraud, therefore please read our terms & conditions carefully.
