SHIPPING

Once your order has been placed, please allow 1-7 days for processing. We are a small team. 

All orders are sent with tracking information.

RETURNS

If you would like to request a return, please email atelier.131.syd@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 

In your email, please include: 

• Order number
• Name associated with order
• Email address 
• Your request/reason

All items must be unworn, unused and in appropriate condition. 

Items that appear worn, washed, or are not in original condition are unable to be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

The customer is responsible for shipping returns with all costs for the return at the customer’s expense. 

If the customer wishes to exchange sizes, they must return their original item in unworn condition and place a new order for their desired size.

We do not cover return and exchange shipping costs at this time. 

Upon the return of the item/s, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days to the original payment method. *Please note this process may take longer to appear in your account depending on your credit card issuer/payment method. The status of your refund will be notified after inspecting the item.

REFUNDS

When refunded, the amount will correspond to that of the time of purchase, we will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.

Please note that return processing may take additional time during peak seasonal times. 

ATELIER 131 is not liable for any items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a tracking and insurance service are well packaged.

Orders returned without a return authorisation may face delays in processing. 

EXCHANGES

In the event that you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days from order. Please email atelier.131.syd@gmail.com and include:

• Order number
• Name associated with order
• Email address 
• Your request

All returned goods must meet our usual returns policy including shipping. A refund will be processed without the shipping and packaging costs. A new order must then be placed for the new item required.

If the customer wishes to exchange sizes, they must return their original item in unworn condition.

We do not provide free shipping for change of mind exchanges at this time. The customer must cover the shipping cost of their return, and place a new order for their desired size. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If any items are damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. 

We will not send out items we deem defective. 

Cancelling / Cancelled Orders

We possess the right to cancel orders which abuse our terms & conditions. We will refund orders suspected of fraud, therefore please read our terms & conditions carefully.
