CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS 

If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to offer refunds for change-of-mind returns, under the following conditions:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items that appear worn, washed, or are not in original condition are ineligible for returns.

We provide comprehensive size charts and offer size consults via Instagram DM to assist with choosing the correct size.

EXCHANGES

The same conditions apply to exchanges as returns. It is the customers responsibility to cover return shipping costs.

As a gesture, we cover the cost of shipping the new item to you as we are committed to ensuring every piece you order from us is a perfect fit.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

If you would like to return your order, please email us at atelier.131.syd@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

In your email, please include: 

  • Order number
  • Name associated with order
  • Email address 
  • Your request/reason

ATELIER 131 is not liable for any items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please ensure all return packages are sent with tracking and provide this to us via email.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESSING TIME

Upon the successful return of the item/s, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days to the original payment method.

*Please note this process may take longer depending on your credit card issuer/payment method, and return shipping that does not use tracking or authorisation.

FAULTY ITEMS

If any items are damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us ASAP.

CANCELLING / CANCELLED ORDERS

We possess the right to cancel orders which abuse our terms & conditions. We will refund orders suspected of fraud, therefore please read our terms & conditions carefully.
